Processing Times

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–5 business days from the date of purchase.

Local Pick-Up

Local pick-up is available from City Beach, Western Australia.
Please message us to arrange a suitable pick-up time.

Local Delivery

Local drop-off is available within a 10km radius of City Beach, Western Australia.
Please message us to arrange a suitable drop-off time.

Domestic Shipping

Domestic postage is available within Australia, with postage fees applying at checkout.
All orders are sent via Australia Post.

Packaging & Care

We endeavour to package all items carefully so your order arrives intact and in excellent condition. While every effort is made to protect your purchase during transit, once an order has been lodged with Australia Post, delivery timeframes and handling are outside of our control.

Change of Mind

At this stage, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, so please choose carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

• your order number

• a description of the issue

• clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will work with you to arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.

Handmade Items

Because each piece is hand-drawn and unique, slight variations may occur and are considered part of the beauty of handmade work.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved, return postage instructions will be provided. Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
